Abides by all health and safety regulations.Anticipates guests needs and responds to any questions or requests for service.Assists servers/cooks in keeping floors clean of all debris.Keep ice stocked in ice bins and soda machines.In some outlets is responsible to deliver food in a timely manner to guests table.Maintains cleanliness of all side stations by ensuring the station is free of clutter and debris.Clears all bus carts from side stations and or trash areas and replaces with clean bus carts and bus tubs.Keeps all areas and or counters wiped down, clean and stocked with plates, silverware, etc. Set up and stock designated areas with glasses, cups, napkins, silverware and condiments.Clearing off and sanitizing tables for the next group of customers, disposing of trash and other waste.Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.Responsible for clearing tables, keeping server side stations stocked and cleaned, assisting servers in providing service to guests and meeting guests’ service needs in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
